Lack of tea and coffee making facilities!!! Room felt cold with inadequate heating!!! Grubby bathroom with a damp ceiling!!! Steep stairs to access rooms definitely not suitable for everyone!!! Price should reflect quality more accurately!!!

we loved the location of highfields house, free wifi, free local parking! it was just a 5-minute walk to our venue. the room was cozy, and the free wifi kept us connected easily. plus, being so close to shops and food places was a real bonus!
